FolioDrop 用来临时分享 HTML 作品。FolioDrop is for temporary HTML work sharing.

使用 FolioDrop，即表示你同意这些 beta 条款。它们说明你可以发布什么、我们可以移除什么，以及服务的限制。最后更新：2026 年 7 月 9 日。By using FolioDrop, you agree to these beta terms. They explain what you can publish, what we may remove, and the limits of the service. Last updated: July 9, 2026.

你的内容仍然属于你Your content stays yours

你保留作品内容的权利。为了提供服务，你允许 FolioDrop 托管、显示、复制和传输你发布的作品。You keep your rights in your work. To provide the service, you allow FolioDrop to host, display, copy, and transmit the works you publish.

  • 请确认你有权发布作品中的文字、图片、代码和其他素材。Make sure you have the rights to publish the text, images, code, and other materials in your work.
  • 公开链接可能被转发；密钥链接也可能被知道密钥的人继续分享。Public links can be forwarded; access-key links can still be shared by people who know the key.
  • 你可以删除自己的作品；删除后，公开访问会停止。You can delete your own works; public access stops after deletion.

允许的使用方式Allowed use

FolioDrop 适合分享个人作品、演示页、原型、课堂作品和客户预览。FolioDrop is for personal works, demo pages, prototypes, class projects, and client previews.

  • 每次发布应是一个完整 HTML 作品，而不是完整网站或应用部署。Each publish should be one complete HTML work, not a full website or application deployment.
  • 需要限制访问时，请使用密钥链接，并只把密钥发给可信的人。Use an access-key link when access should be limited, and share the key only with people you trust.

不允许的内容Not allowed

不要用 FolioDrop 伤害他人、侵犯权利、误导访问者或破坏服务。Do not use FolioDrop to harm others, violate rights, mislead visitors, or damage the service.

  • 不要发布钓鱼、恶意软件、凭证收集、诈骗、骚扰、仇恨或违法内容。Do not publish phishing, malware, credential collection, scams, harassment, hate, or illegal content.
  • 不要上传侵犯版权、商标、隐私、肖像或其他权利的内容。Do not upload content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • 不要试图绕过访问限制、速率限制或安全隔离。Do not try to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security isolation.

临时可用性Temporary availability

FolioDrop 会努力保持链接可访问，但 beta 不适合保存唯一副本或关键业务内容。FolioDrop aims to keep links reachable, but beta is not suitable for your only copy or business-critical content.

  • 账号作品默认 6 个月过期；Pro 账户可依据订阅策略获得更长保留期；请对关键内容做好备份。Account-owned works default to 6 months; Pro accounts may have longer retention under active subscription policy; keep a backup for critical content.
  • 我们可以移除违反条款、疑似侵权、危害服务或影响其他用户体验的内容。We may remove content that violates these terms, appears rights-infringing, harms the service, or affects other users.
  • 请自己保留作品源文件，FolioDrop 不是备份服务。Keep your own source file. FolioDrop is not a backup service.

服务限制Service limits

当前产品聚焦轻量分享，不包含建站平台或商业托管的能力。The current product focuses on lightweight sharing, not website building or commercial hosting.

  • 不包含代码编辑、模板市场、评论、支付、团队协作或自定义域名。No code editor, template marketplace, comments, payments, team collaboration, or custom domains are included.
  • Beta 阶段功能、限制、文案和条款可能会调整。Features, limits, copy, and terms may change during beta.
  • 任何商业合同、服务等级或特殊承诺，都需要另行书面确认。Any commercial contract, service level, or special commitment needs separate written confirmation.

免责声明Disclaimers of Liability

除法律明确要求外，FolioDrop 按“现状”与“可用时”提供服务，并尽量维持可用性。Unless required by applicable law, FolioDrop is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, and we will make reasonable efforts to keep the service usable.

  • 对于服务中断、连接问题、短时不可用、内容暂时无法访问、数据丢失或作品被意外移除所造成的损失，我们在法律允许的最大范围内不承担责任。To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by downtime, connection issues, temporary unavailability, temporary content inaccessibility, data loss, or unexpected removal of works.
  • 除法律另有规定外，我们不对任何间接、后果性、惩戒性或营收/利润性损失承担责任。Unless explicitly required by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or lost-revenue/lost-profit damages.
  • 如法律允许，单笔赔偿责任上限不超过你在过去 12 个月内对同一问题支付的实际对价。To the extent liability is permitted, aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the total amount actually paid by you for the same issue in the prior 12 months.

违约与终止Term & Termination

若你违反服务规则或法律要求，FolioDrop 可依据严重程度采取管理措施，包括暂停、限制或终止服务。If you breach these terms or legal requirements, FolioDrop may take enforcement actions based on severity, including suspending, restricting, or terminating access.

  • 平台有权在未提前通知的情况下，先行对明显违法、欺诈、攻击、滥用安全措施或持续违规账号实施临时暂停。For clear abuse involving fraud, malware, attacks, security bypasses, or ongoing violations, we may suspend access immediately without prior notice.
  • 对严重或反复违规行为，我们可终止账号及其访问权，并删除或限制访问相关作品与资源；不影响合法生效且未到期订单的既有权益处理。For severe or repeated violations, we may terminate the account and related access, and delete or restrict affected works; this does not alter rights already earned under a valid unexpired order.
  • 若你的行为给我们、其他用户或第三方造成损失，你同意承担并赔偿该损失。If your conduct causes losses to FolioDrop, other users, or third parties, you will be responsible for and compensate for those losses.
  • 你可通过 support@foliodrop.app 提出申诉，但不影响我们在调查期间采取的临时措施。You may appeal via support@foliodrop.app, without limiting temporary enforcement actions during review.

计费与不退款政策Billing and no-refund policy

FolioDrop 当前提供免费方案与 Pro 订阅。Pro 属于数字化虚拟服务，一经购买并开通权益，即视为服务已经开始提供。FolioDrop currently offers a Free plan and a paid Pro subscription. Pro is a digital virtual service. Once purchased and activated, the service is considered to have started.

  • 免费方案不产生付款，因此不适用退款政策。The Free plan does not involve payment, so no refund policy applies.
  • Pro 为按月订阅服务（当前为每月 USD 6，最终价格以结算页为准）。每次扣款成功后，将立即开通或延续对应计费周期的 Pro 权益。Pro is billed monthly (currently USD 6/mo; final pricing is shown at checkout). Each successful payment activates or renews Pro access for the applicable billing cycle.
  • 除适用法律强制要求或 FolioDrop 另行书面确认外，所有已支付费用均不可退款、不可转让，也不提供按剩余天数折算的部分退款。Except where required by applicable law or expressly confirmed by FolioDrop in writing, all paid fees are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for prorated refunds.
  • 你可以随时在支付平台取消后续续费。取消后，当前已付费周期内的 Pro 权益仍会继续有效，到期后不再自动扣费。You may cancel future renewals through the payment provider at any time. After cancellation, your current paid-cycle Pro access remains active until the end of that billing period, and future automatic billing will stop.
  • 如你认为存在重复扣款、付款失败但被扣费、Pro 权益未开通或其他账单异常，请通过 support@foliodrop.app 联系我们核查处理。账单核查不构成退款承诺。If you believe there is a duplicate charge, a failed payment that was still charged, missing Pro access, or another billing issue, contact support@foliodrop.app for review. Billing review does not constitute a refund commitment.
